I teach the Tracy Kenpo System which is the largest Kenpo system in the world.  I'm from the "Old School" and thus  teach only selected students.   All instruction is private instruction as it always has been.  The system of Kenpo is  delivered to the student via private lessons.

I was inducted into the Kenpo International Hall Of Fame  August 7, 2011.  This is humbling beyond words. 

I received the rank of Shichidan in 2005,  7th Dan from Grand Master Al TRACY .  I operated and owned a chain of Tracy Karate franchises in the Denver Metro Area for many years, as Pat Tracy said "when the economy was an economy".

I consider myself one of the NEW OLD GUARD.  Master John Bain defined members of the Tracy System of Kenpo  being inducted into the Hall Of fame as such.
I'm 59 years old and got my Black belt in 1976...so I have been around a while.

Al Tracy said " Bill, one thing was for sure when a student got a private lesson from you they sure got their monies worth"

My Advice to all Tracy students is:

WORK THE SYSTEM from yellow belt techniques though out the Black belt techniques.  Develop a strong horse and all the transitional stances.  Daily practice and proper bio-mechanics and focus is the key.  The system will work but you have to make it work though diligent detailed practice.  Many students of  Kenpo systems  waste their time analyzing to the point of paralyses.
